Proficient in Photoshop, FLASH, Illustrator, etc., the right candidate also has a thorough grasp of the online environment’s limitations relative to design, navigation, and content presentation and can conceptualize, design, and produce quality graphics, including banners, popup advertisements, buttons, and navigation for Internet and intranet use.
This person should be highly motivated and deadline driven, with excellent oral and written communication skills in order to effectively articulate verbally and graphically specific design ideas to other team members and clients.
